1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, subscribing to, or using the services, website, or media streaming portals provided by IPTV Apple (referred to herein as "we," "us," "our," or "IPTV Apple"), you ("User," "Subscriber," or "you") agree to be bound legally by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms in full, you must not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, resellers, and users who access or use our streaming network, application integrations, or WhatsApp communication portals.

2. Service Description & Usage Rights

IPTV Apple provides internet protocol television (IPTV) subscription streams including live television channels, electronic program guides (EPG), and video-on-demand (VOD) media libraries. Access is granted on a subscription basis for personal, non-commercial home entertainment.

Subscribers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the content provided under their chosen plan (3-Month, 6-Month, or 12-Month) solely on authorized compatible devices (such as Apple TV, Smart TVs, Firestick, iOS, and Android devices).

3. Account Security & Connection Limits

Each subscription account comes with a strict limit on simultaneous device connections based on the purchased tier:

• 3-Month Plan: 1 simultaneous connection allowed.
• 6-Month Plan: Up to 2 simultaneous connections allowed.
• 12-Month Plan: Up to 3 simultaneous connections allowed.

Sharing login credentials (Xtream API details or M3U URLs) beyond your allowed connection limit or distributing credentials publicly is strictly prohibited. Automated server firewall routines will automatically block or suspend accounts detected violating concurrent connection limits.

4. Subscription Payments & Automatic Expiry

All subscriptions are processed upfront via secure payment methods arranged through our customer service team. Prices are clearly displayed on our Pricing Page in USD ($) and EUR (€).

IPTV Apple does NOT operate recurring hidden automatic billing. Once your term (3, 6, or 12 months) expires, service access will pause automatically unless you choose to renew manually.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use IPTV Apple services to:

• Re-stream, re-transmit, record, or publicly broadcast any channel or VOD media feed.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or intercept stream server endpoints or API protocols.
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape EPG data or VOD metadata.
• Engage in abusive behavior toward our WhatsApp support personnel.

6. Service Availability & Maintenance (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% server uptime and anti-freeze reliability. However, service availability depends on external factors including international internet routing, ISP throttling, third-party media player apps (such as IPTVX or Smarters Pro), and scheduled server upgrades. IPTV Apple reserves the right to perform necessary network maintenance with minimal notice.

8. Intellectual Property & Compliance
